Invite Participants – Three Ways to Get There

Once your online group is set up, all you need are participants. Wichtelrad gives you three flexible ways to add someone – depending on how you like to organise your group.

1. Add them manually

• Enter the participant’s name directly in the app
• Handy if you already know everyone’s name and want to fill the list quickly

2. Individual invitation

• Create a personal invitation link for one specific person
• Send the link via messenger, email or text message
• Ideal if you want to keep track of who has already been invited

3. One invitation link for everyone

• Create a single link for the whole group
• Share it once in the group chat or by group email
• Each participant signs themselves up with their own name

No app required

• Participants don’t need the Wichtelrad app
• The link works right in the browser on any smartphone or computer
• Participants don’t need to register either
